{"id":5854,"date":"2025-07-31T12:04:45","date_gmt":"2025-07-31T17:04:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/simatol.org\/?p=5854"},"modified":"2025-07-31T12:05:42","modified_gmt":"2025-07-31T17:05:42","slug":"sutet-simatol-exige-garantias-reales-para-la-salud-del-magisterio-del-tolima-ante-el-fomag","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/simatol.org\/?p=5854","title":{"rendered":"SUTET-SIMATOL exige garant\u00edas reales para la salud del magisterio del Tolima ante el FOMAG"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Comit\u00e9 Ejecutivo de <strong>SUTET-SIMATOL<\/strong> ha elevado una <strong>solicitud urgente y fundamentada<\/strong> al vicepresidente del FOMAG, Dr. Aldo Cadena, ante la cr\u00edtica situaci\u00f3n que enfrenta el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n de la red de prestadores de salud en el Tolima.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el nuevo modelo de salud para el magisterio se ha implementado con compromiso en el territorio, <strong>el cierre precipitado del proceso<\/strong>, sin suficiente socializaci\u00f3n del manual tarifario y sin un cronograma participativo, ha generado <strong>incertidumbre y deserci\u00f3n entre los prestadores de salud<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A tan solo horas del 1\u00ba de agosto, la red de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica que atiende a miles de docentes y sus familias podr\u00eda verse afectada, en especial en servicios vitales como <strong>oncolog\u00eda, enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas, materno infantil y tratamientos de alta complejidad<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Ante este panorama, <strong>SUTET-SIMATOL solicit\u00f3 una pr\u00f3rroga de un mes<\/strong>, manteniendo las condiciones actuales, con el fin de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aclarar t\u00e9cnicamente el nuevo tarifario con los prestadores del Tolima.<\/li>\n<li>Gestionar su permanencia o vinculaci\u00f3n efectiva a la red.<\/li>\n<li>Reorganizar el proceso de contrataci\u00f3n, evitando traumatismos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 respondi\u00f3 el FOMAG?<\/strong><br \/>\nEn un comunicado oficial, el Fondo asegur\u00f3 que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Los servicios de salud del magisterio <strong>no ser\u00e1n interrumpidos<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Se est\u00e1 consolidando una red <strong>m\u00e1s amplia y de libre escogencia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Las tarifas se revisar\u00e1n cada tres meses y se ajustar\u00e1n cuando est\u00e9n por debajo del promedio nacional.<\/li>\n<li>Se atender\u00e1n las particularidades regionales con cada prestador.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Desde SUTET-SIMATOL reconocemos estos anuncios, pero <strong>exigimos que se traduzcan en acciones inmediatas<\/strong> que garanticen la continuidad, calidad y oportunidad del servicio de salud. No se trata solo de promesas, sino de proteger el derecho fundamental a la salud del magisterio y sus familias.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seguimos firmes en la defensa de un modelo de salud digno, justo y sin
